About & Impact

About Megan The Dancer

Megan L. Turner is a Charlotte-based Partner at EY with more than 17 years of experience in financial services consulting. Specializing in risk management and auditing, Megan advises multinational and regional banking, insurance, and fintech clients on controls testing, internal audit, and risk assessment initiatives. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of Tennessee and is a Certified Public Accountant in North Carolina.

As a creative who masquerades as a consulting partner, Megan has always believed in the power of the arts to inspire excellence and innovation (think Miranda Priestly by day, Martha Stewart by night). The arts build connection, confidence, and well-being. Supporting the Charlotte Ballet is Megan's dream, offering an opportunity to combine artistry and community impact while advancing two organizations dedicated to empowerment.
